Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

Tropical General Investments is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Care Associate to join our team in Lagos, NG. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role and possess the necessary skills to provide exceptional support to our clients. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams - Keep customers informed about the status of their inquiries or complaints - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Reliable and resilient personality traits - Attention to detail and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
