Job Description:
As a Remote Customer Care Manager at Standard Chartered Bank, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of customer care operations in our Ibadan branch. This role requires a high level of experience in customer service and the ability to work remotely in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. 2. Manage a team of customer care representatives to ensure timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and complaints. 3. Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on customer care performance. 4. Conduct regular training sessions for customer care staff to improve their skills and knowledge. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care to continuously improve processes and procedures. 7. Handle escalated customer complaints and find solutions to resolve them in a timely manner.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. 3. Proven track record of successfully managing a remote customer care team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strong leadership abilities and decision-making skills. 6. Resourceful and reliable with attention to detail and strong research skills. 7. Ability to adapt to change quickly and efficiently in a flexible work environment.
