Job Description - Remote Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


SLB is seeking a Remote Customer Care Manager to join our team in Lagos, NG. The ideal candidate for this position will be a resilient and independent individual with strong attention to detail and leadership skills. As a Mid-to-Senior Level manager, the Remote Customer Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing the customer care team and ensuring exceptional service to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of customer care representatives, ensuring they are meeting performance goals and delivering excellent customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer care processes and efficiency. 3. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, resolving them in a timely and professional manner. 4. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement initiatives to improve overall satisfaction. 5. Analyze customer care data and create reports for senior management. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care.


Requirements: 1. 7 years of experience in customer care or a related field. 2. Strong leadership and communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Attention to detail and a focus on providing exceptional customer service. 5. Experience with CRM systems and customer care software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
