Job Description:
Cowrywise is seeking a Remote Customer Care Manager to join our dynamic team in Abuja, NG. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the Remote Customer Care Manager will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service or related fields.
Responsibilities: - Oversee a team of remote customer care agents, providing leadership, guidance, and support - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality and consistency - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and retention - Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge - Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer service or related fields - Proven track record of managing remote teams effectively - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Motivated and energetic with a passion for customer care - Excellent presentation and critical thinking skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) - Experience working in a FinTech or financial services industry (preferred)
