Job Description:
Nestlé is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Care Manager. This is a full-time remote position with the opportunity to work from home. The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer care representatives to ensure excellent customer service delivery. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolution. 4. Strong leadership and people management abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. 7.
