Customer Care Officer

Job Description: Tropical General Investments is seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Care Officer to join our team in Abuja, NG. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues they may have, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively. 3. Process orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately. 4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer questions and provide recommendations. 5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Identify and communicate customer feedback and suggestions for improvement to the relevant teams. 8. Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work cooperatively with a team and independently. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 7. Flexible schedule to accommodate potential evening and weekend shifts. 8. A proactive and customer-focused attitude.
