Job Description - Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


ExxonMobil is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Care Representative to join our team in Lagos, NG. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This role is crucial in maintaining positive relationships with our customers and upholding our company's reputation for excellence.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media platforms. 2. Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. 4. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. 5. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. 6. Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. 7. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. 8. Take the extra mile to engage customers.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize tasks. 5. Resilient and independent personality traits. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
