Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant at Shell in Lagos, NG. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high levels of service quality.

Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services - Process customer orders and transactions accurately and efficiently - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Continuously strive to improve customer service standards

Requirements: - Reliable and hardworking individual with a positive attitude - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Ability to work well in a team environment - Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required - High school diploma or equivalent
