Job Description - Remote Customer Service Assistant

Interswitch Group is seeking a Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Lagos, NG. This is a full-time entry-level position with no years of experience required. The ideal candidate for this role will be passionate and confident, possessing strong negotiation skills and emotional intelligence.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via email or phone in a timely and professional manner - Providing accurate information to customers regarding products and services - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively - Processing orders and returns - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
