Job Description - Customer Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description: As a Customer Service Officer at Jumia, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients from the comfort of your own home in Abuja, NG. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 3. Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance, and general support to customers. 4. Processing orders, returns, and refunds accurately. 5. Maintaining customer records and ensuring data accuracy. 6. Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Working towards key performance indicators related to customer service.


Requirements: 1. Hardworking and driven personality traits. 2. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. 3. Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers. 4. Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently. 5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
