Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Tropical General Investments is seeking a reliable and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ibadan, NG. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies - Process orders and returns efficiently and accurately - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery - Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to better assist customers - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals on a consistent basis - Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
