Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Customer Service Representative to join our team at Huawei in Lagos, NG. As an Associate Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for any customer inquiries or issues and must possess excellent people management and emotional intelligence skills to effectively address customer needs.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating the root cause and providing appropriate solutions. 3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences. 5. Document customer interactions and feedback to improve overall service quality. 6. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals set by the company.
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. 3. Excellent people management skills and emotional intelligence. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Must be fluent in English and any additional languages are a plus.
