Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Ikeja Electric is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. The ideal candidate for this role will be an energetic and driven individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, processing orders, resolving complaints, and providing information about products and services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Process customer orders and track shipments - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Provide information about products and services - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Stay up-to-date on company products and services

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Strong presentation and leadership skills - Driven and energetic personality - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Knowledge of CRM software is preferred
