Customer Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team at AB InBev in Lagos, NG. This is a full-time, entry-level position where you will have the opportunity to work from home. As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and assist them with any inquiries or issues they may have.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet or exceed customer service metrics and goals

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
