Job Description:
The Dangote Group is seeking a passionate and dynamic Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Lagos, NG. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers - Process customer orders and assist with order tracking and logistics - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to overall business success - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and improve services - Assist with administrative tasks and data entry as needed
Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience - Resilient and independent personality traits - Strong leadership and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
