Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

Guaranty Trust Bank is seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Abuja, NG. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. 2. Provide support and guidance to customers on how to effectively use our products and services. 3. Monitor customer feedback and work with internal teams to address any areas for improvement. 4. Assist in creating and implementing customer success strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role. 2. Energetic and resilient personality, able to handle challenging situations with grace. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers. 4. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
