Customer Success Assistant - Work from home

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a proactive and outgoing Customer Success Assistant to join our dynamic team at Dangote Group. This is a full-time remote position based in Lagos, Nigeria, with the opportunity for growth within our organization. As an Associate level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

**Responsibilities:** - Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and effective resolutions - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Assist in onboarding new customers and provide training on our products and services - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement - Assist in creating and implementing customer success strategies to enhance the overall customer experience - Utilize various communication channels to engage with customers and provide support

**Requirements:** - Energetic and hardworking individual with excellent people management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using technology and software for customer support - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
