Job Description - Customer Success Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


Standard Chartered Bank is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Assistant. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Abuja, Nigeria at the Associate Level. The successful candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services. 3. Proactively identify and address client needs and issues to ensure a positive experience. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and effective manner. 5. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Assist with onboarding new customers and providing training and support as needed. 7. Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. 8. Contribute creative ideas and solutions to enhance the overall customer experience.


Requirements: 1. Adaptable and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 2. Strong research skills and creativity to problem-solve effectively. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
