Job Description - Customer Success Associate

Job Description:


MainOne is looking for a dedicated and resourceful Customer Success Associate to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong attention to detail and creativity. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and problem-solving. 2. Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution. 3. Onboard new customers and provide training on how to use our products. 4. Work closely with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. 5. Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the product development team. 6. Monitor customer usage patterns and identify opportunities to enhance their experience. 7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 8. Develop customer success metrics and track progress towards goals.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. 6. Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Creativity and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
