Job Description - Remote Customer Success Associate

Job Description:


Sterling Bank is seeking a Remote Customer Success Associate to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various remote channels. This role requires a high level of passion and resilience, as well as strong project management and people management skills.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through remote communication channels - Proactively address customer inquiries and issues to ensure a positive experience - Manage and track customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide solutions for customer needs - Utilize data analytics to monitor customer trends and identify opportunities for improvement - Provide feedback to management on customer feedback and market trends


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong project management and people management skills - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Resilient attitude in handling difficult situations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
