Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

PwC Nigeria is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Success Associate to join our team in Abuja. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products or services.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing any inquiries or issues they may have in a timely and professional manner - Proactively reach out to clients to provide support, guidance, and training on how to maximize the value of our products or services - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and drive product improvements based on client feedback - Develop and implement strategic plans to foster long-term client relationships and promote client retention - Monitor and analyze client usage data to identify trends and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services - Provide regular updates to clients on new features, updates, and industry trends that may impact their business - Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to ensure their goals and expectations are being met

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
