Job Description - Remote Customer Success Officer


Job Description:


As a Remote Customer Success Officer at Nestlé in Ibadan, NG, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our products and services. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues, and working proactively to anticipate their needs.


Responsibilities: - Develop a deep understanding of Nestlé's products and services to effectively assist customers - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and online chat to provide support and guidance - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase customer satisfaction and revenue - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements - Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and preferences - Track key performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and retention


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role - Motivated and independent with a strong focus on customer success - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think innovatively and creatively to solve customer problems - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
