Job Description - Customer Success Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


Unilever Nigeria is seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Success Officer to join our team. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Lagos, NG, with a seniority level of Associate. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention. 2. Act as the main point of contact for customer queries, issues, and escalations. 3. Provide product demonstrations and training to customers to enhance their usage and success. 4. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 5. Analyze customer data and feedback to improve product offerings and customer experience. 6. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty. 7. Monitor customer success metrics and KPIs to track performance and make data-driven decisions. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer success operations. 9. Attend and represent the company at virtual meetings, conferences, and events.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field. 2. Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 5. Resourceful and adaptable to changing customer needs and market conditions. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. 7. Innovative mindset with a passion for driving positive change. 8. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
