Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

Procter & Gamble Nigeria is currently seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on best practices.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services - Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and feedback - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Provide guidance and best practices to customers to help them maximize the value of our products and services - Track and monitor customer satisfaction levels and provide feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement - Drive customer engagement and retention by proactively reaching out to customers with helpful resources and updates - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase customer value and revenue

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Energetic and independent personality traits - Strong soft skills in cooperation and project management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
