Job Description:
Cowrywise is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Lagos, NG. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a seamless and positive experience throughout their interactions with our company.
Responsibilities: - Manage and nurture relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and execute customer success strategies - Monitor customer activity and engagement to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed - Analyze customer data and trends to identify patterns and insights that can improve the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success to continuously improve processes
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Confident and reliable personality traits - People management and project management soft skills - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
