Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Support Assistant to join our team at 9mobile. This is a full-time, work from home position based in Lagos, Nigeria. As an Associate level employee, you should have at least 2 years of experience in customer support roles.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to our products and services - Provide information about our products, services, and promotions - Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements: - Resilient and adaptable personality traits - Strong communication skills - Ability to think creatively and solve problems effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Experience in a customer support role is preferred
