Customer Support Associate

Job description:

As a Customer Support Associate at British American Tobacco in Port Harcourt, NG, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and retention by addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues they may have, and providing them with the necessary information about our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers - Build sustainable relationships with customers through open communication - Manage and resolve customer complaints - Process orders, forms, applications, and requests - Keep records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies - Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Resourceful and driven personality traits - Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills - Ability to work well under pressure and within a fast-paced environment
