Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description: Chevron Nigeria is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Support Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Port Harcourt, NG. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in customer support and a mid-to-senior level of seniority.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure excellent service delivery - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Handle escalated customer complaints and provide timely and effective resolutions - Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching - Analyze customer support data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in a customer support management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong presentation skills - Emotional intelligence and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools - Experience working remotely is a plus
