Job Description - Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


Procter & Gamble Nigeria is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Officer in Abuja, Nigeria. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Identify trends or issues in customer feedback and proactively address them. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers. 8. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer support team.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 4. Hardworking and resilient attitude towards challenging situations. 5. Emotional intelligence and strong negotiation skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred. 8. Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
