Job Description - Customer Support Officer


Job Description:


Chevron Nigeria is seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Support Officer to join our team in Ibadan, Nigeria. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this a great opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer support.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing - Resolve customer issues and escalate to management when necessary - Maintain a positive and friendly attitude when interacting with customers - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - Motivated individual with a strong work ethic - Reliable and responsible team player - Excellent presentation and problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Good communication skills both verbal and written - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent
