Job Description:

As a Live Chat Associate at Ernst & Young in Ibadan, NG, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through live chat interactions with clients. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner - Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless experience for customers across all channels - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating relevant databases - Proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively - A dedicated and hardworking attitude - Ability to think innovatively and creatively to solve customer problems - Strong people management skills - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment - No prior experience required, as training will be provided
