Live Chat Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

British American Tobacco is seeking a dynamic and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team in Ibadan, NG. This is a full-time, work from home position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the live chat team, ensuring timely and professional responses to customer inquiries. - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase chat efficiency. - Monitor chat volume and performance metrics to optimize team productivity and customer engagement. - Train and mentor live chat agents to enhance their performance and deliver exceptional service. - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and resolve escalated complaints. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat customer service.

Requirements: - Proven experience as a Live Chat Manager or similar role. - Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills. - Hardworking and energetic personality traits. - Proficiency in chat software and customer service platforms. - Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
