Live Chat Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Guaranty Trust Bank is seeking a dynamic and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Ibadan, NG, with a mid-to-senior level of seniority. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the live chat team, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled promptly and professionally - Develop and implement strategies to optimize chat response times and customer satisfaction rates - Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and accuracy - Train and mentor chat agents to improve performance and customer service skills - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently - Analyze chat data and provide insights to improve customer experience - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in live chat management

Requirements: - Energetic and hardworking personality traits - Strong teamwork and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven experience in managing live chat teams - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in MS Office and live chat software
