Job Description - Live Chat Representative

Job Description:


Access Bank is currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Live Chat Representative to join our team in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through live chat communication channels. This role is vital in ensuring our customers receive timely and accurate assistance with their inquiries, concerns, and feedback.


Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via live chat to provide prompt and professional assistance. 2. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively and efficiently. 3. Provide product information, troubleshooting guidance, and resolution of customer issues. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized and attentive service. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 6. Document all customer interactions accurately and comprehensively in the system. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends. 8. Meet service level agreements for response times and customer satisfaction targets. 9. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and quality of service.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. 4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 5. Proficiency in computer systems and software applications. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Hardworking nature with a resourceful mindset. 8. Strong planning and organizational skills. 9. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
