Live Chat Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Live Chat Representative at Procter & Gamble Nigeria, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat communication channels. You will work from home, remotely connecting with customers and assisting them with inquiries, concerns, and product information.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions. 3. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving issues. 4. Proactively engage with customers to drive sales and promote customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the company's brand image in all interactions.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Adaptable personality with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 3. Strong soft skills, including creativity in problem-solving and persuasion in influencing customer decisions. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems. 6. Ability to multitask and navigate through various platforms simultaneously.
