Online Account Support Assistant

Job Description:

Fidelity Bank is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Online Account Support Assistant to join our team in Ibadan, NG. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are resilient, driven, and looking to kickstart their career in the banking industry.

Responsibilities: - Provide online account support to customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and troubleshooting any technical issues - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and provide timely and effective solutions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on banking regulations and compliance requirements - Provide excellent customer service with a focus on building strong relationships and customer loyalty - Assist with various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Excellent project management skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software systems quickly
