Online Account Support Manager

IHS Towers is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Account Support Manager to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. As a Mid-to-Senior Level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 6 years of experience in a similar position. The ideal candidate will possess the personality traits of being adaptable and passionate, as well as have strong soft skills in presentation and creativity.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and build relationships with online account holders 2. Provide support and guidance to clients on utilizing online account features 3. Analyze account data and provide insights to drive account growth 4. Develop and implement strategies to increase online engagement and retention 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account support 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online account management

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 2. Proven experience in online account management or customer support 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 4. Ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights 5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite 6. Experience in the telecom industry is a plus
