Job Description:
Hilton is seeking a highly experienced Online Account Support Manager to join our team in Lagos, NG. As the Online Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing online customer accounts, providing exceptional support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with online customers - Provide support and assistance to customers with account-related inquiries and issues - Analyze account data and provide insights and recommendations to improve customer experience - Monitor account performance and implement strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues promptly - Act as a point of contact for online customers, addressing any concerns or feedback in a timely manner - Drive initiatives to enhance the online customer experience and increase engagement - Oversee the day-to-day operations of online account management activities - Lead a team of account support specialists to ensure high-quality service delivery - Report on key performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in online account management or customer support - Proven track record of managing online customer accounts and driving positive outcomes - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively - Resourceful and confident in handling challenging situations and finding solutions - Experience in people management and team leadership, with a focus on coaching and development - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other online account management tools - Excellent organizational and time management skills
