Online Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

Access Bank is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Account Support Specialist to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong ability to work independently, as well as adapt to changing situations.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online account support to customers, including troubleshooting technical issues and assisting with account management. 2. Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans to improve online account support processes. 5. Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction. 6. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the online account support experience.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively manage people. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Proficiency in strategic planning and problem-solving. 5. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment. 6. Experience working in a customer service or online support role. 7. Knowledge of banking and financial services is a plus.
