Online Call Center Assistant

Farmcrowdy is seeking a confident and passionate individual to join our team as an Online Call Center Assistant in Lagos, NG. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

As an Online Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing support through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media. You will need to have strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate team members.

In addition to excellent communication skills, the ideal candidate for this role should possess strong analytical and research skills. You should be able to gather and analyze data to identify trends and improve customer service processes.
