Online Call Center Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and passionate Online Call Center Officer to join our team at Procter & Gamble Nigeria in Ibadan. As an Associate Level Officer, you will be responsible for handling all online call center operations, ensuring efficient and effective customer service delivery.

Responsibilities: - Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Assist customers with product information, orders, and any other queries - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions - Work closely with the team to meet call center targets and goals - Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on company products, policies, and procedures

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software - People management and teamwork skills - Reliable and punctual - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
