We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Online Call Center Specialist to join our team at Konga Group in Abuja, Nigeria. This is a full-time entry-level position, ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, issues, and feedback - Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist with online chat support as needed - Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by management
Requirements: - Independent and reliable mindset - Strong project management and people management skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Experience working in a call center or customer service role is preferred
