Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Chat Support Manager to join our team at Procter & Gamble Nigeria in Port Harcourt. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of relevant experience in online chat support management.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of online chat support agents to provide excellent customer service and support - Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the online chat support platform - Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of goals and objectives - Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online chat support management - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in online chat support management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Confidence and energy to lead a team in a fast-paced environment - Innovative mindset to drive continuous improvement in chat support operations - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
