Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Online Chat Support Manager to join our team at Paystack in Lagos, Nigeria. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer support, preferably in an online chat setting.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of online chat support representatives to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. 2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer support experience through online chat. 3. Monitor chat conversations to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and provide solutions. 5. Analyze chat data to measure performance and make data-driven decisions. 6. Train and onboard new team members on online chat best practices. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support.
Requirements: 1. 8 years of experience in customer support, preferably in an online chat setting. 2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a team towards success. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Creativity and innovation to continuously improve the online chat support process. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online chat platforms. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
