Job Description:

Ikeja Electric is currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Online Chat Support Representative in our Ibadan office. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, however, we are looking for candidates who are hardworking and confident in their abilities to provide exceptional customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner through online chat - Provide accurate information about products and services - Maintain a positive and professional attitude when addressing customer concerns - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet performance metrics related to response time and customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 1 year of relevant experience preferred - Hardworking and confident personality traits - Strong cooperation and teamwork abilities - Excellent written communication skills - Proficient in using online chat platforms and customer service software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
