Online Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Union Bank of Nigeria is seeking an experienced Online Client Relations Officer to join our team in Ibadan, Nigeria. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a dedicated and independent individual who possesses excellent decision-making and analytical skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain relationships with online clients through various communication channels - Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues and improve overall client experience - Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and improve service offerings - Develop strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations - Provide regular reports and updates to management on client interactions and feedback

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in online client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
