Job Description - Online Client Service Manager


Job Description:


Interswitch Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Client Service Manager to join our team in Abuja, NG. As the Online Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company's online client relations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with online clients - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients through various online channels - Identify opportunities for growth and upselling to existing clients - Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies to attract new clients - Monitor client feedback and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess client satisfaction and make data-driven decisions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client service management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 6+ years of experience in online client service management - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and driven personality traits - Excellent time management and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
