Job Description: Unilever Nigeria is seeking an experienced Online Client Service Manager to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing online client interactions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the online client experience - Manage client relationships through various online platforms - Respond to client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Monitor online client feedback and reviews to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and enhance the online client service experience - Analyze client data and metrics to drive business decisions and improve client retention - Train and mentor junior client service staff - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve online client service
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience as an Online Client Service Manager or similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and with a team - Dedication to providing exceptional client service - Persuasion skills to influence client behavior and drive positive outcomes
