Online Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Online Client Service Specialist to join our team at Standard Chartered Bank in Ibadan, NG. As an Associate level professional with at least 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our online clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to online banking services - Educate clients on how to use our online platforms effectively - Collaborate with other teams within the bank to ensure seamless client experience - Provide technical support to clients experiencing difficulties with online services - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better assist clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry - Reliable and resourceful with a strong attention to detail - Excellent teamwork and decision-making skills - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online banking platforms - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
