Job Description - Online Client Support Manager

As the Online Client Support Manager at Eko Electricity Distribution in Lagos, NG, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the online customer support system to ensure exceptional service delivery to our clients. This is a full-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of online customer support representatives to ensure efficient and effective service delivery - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty - Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and ensure a seamless online experience - Provide training and guidance to the online client support team to enhance their skills and performance - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online customer support management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in managing online client support operations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities and a confident, independent personality - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong soft skills such as cooperation and strategic planning - Equal opportunity employer
